Delivery/Shipping time

After confirming your order via email, we will process it within one business day, excluding weekends and holidays. You'll receive a swift notification once your order ships.

In Metro Manila, your package will arrive in 1-2 days via our reliable couriers, J&T or LBC.

Outside Metro Manila, shipping times vary, usually taking 3 to 14 days with J&T or LBC.

 

Delivery/Shipping Fee

Get a wallet-friendly flat rate of PHP 79 for nationwide shipping. On top of that, orders exceeding PHP 600 are qualified for our free shipping promotion. 

 

Order Track Status Information

To ensure a smooth delivery, we might reach out through a text message using the phone number provided at checkout.

Once your order ships, an email will arrive, complete with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to appear.

If your order doesn't arrive within 14 days post the shipping confirmation email, get in touch with us at hello@inglowskin.com. Kindly share your name and order number in the message, and we'll promptly investigate the matter for you.
